Who We Are
OnVLP provides free legal information, advice, brief service and pro bono legal representation in civil legal matters to qualifying clients. We work closely with local legal services providers to identify civil legal needs that are not able to be met by those organizations. Then we harness the volunteer energies of nearly 400 members of the local legal community to meet those needs.
The mission of the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County, Inc. is to expand access to justice by identifying and meeting the unmet civil legal services needs of low income people in Onondaga County through increasing the pro bono participation of the legal community.
We are offering remote services via (315) 471-3409 or our online intake at www.onvlp.org/intake.
