Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) provides free legal assistance to low-income people.
Depending on the specific issues and facts of your case, VLN may provide free legal advice or brief services on real estate-related legal issues including equity stripping, predatory lending, foreclosure, refinancing or loan modification, title disputes, and fines for property violations.
Clients with real estate related legal issues should call the VLN intake line to find out what services they are eligible for. This service is advice and brief services ONLY. Attorneys will not provide full representation. To see if you qualify for free legal services, click on the Application Process tab below and follow the instructions.
