Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) provides free legal assistance to low-income people.
Depending on the specific issues and facts of your case, VLN may provide free legal advice on family law issues such as Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, Parenting Time (Visitation), Post-Divorce decree issues, OFPs, and most other family law issues.
For Divorce and Custody cases in Hennepin County, see “VLN Family Law Full Representation.”
Clients with family law issues should call the VLN intake line to find out what services they are eligible for. Service is available to anyone with a Minnesota family law issue, even if client lives out of state. This service is advice ONLY. Attorneys will not provide full representation.
