Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN) provides free legal assistance to low-income people.

Depending on the specific issues and facts of your case, VLN may provide free legal advice, brief services, or full representation on administrative law issues related to “Requests for Reconsideration, including DHS Disqualifications Request for Reconsideration and Determinations of Maltreatment, Neglect, or Abuse Request for Reconsideration.

Clients with administrative law related legal issues should call the VLN intake line to find out what services they are eligible for. To see if you qualify for free legal services, click on the Application Process tab below and follow the instructions.
