Unemployment Law Project

Who We Are

The Unemployment Law Project provides representation to people at unemployment benefit hearings at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).  If we are successful, we ask the client for a fee of $200 and any additional donation they are able to make.

We also have a telephone advice and referral line where attorneys are available to answer questions and advise pro se claimants on a number of issues including hearing procedure, appeals and Superior Court filings.
