Emergency Instructions

What is an Emergency? When legal action is needed to protect a client before a normal appointment can be scheduled.

Seen immediately if the legal problem is within priorities for Advice and Counsel and Brief Services only.
If eligible for full representation, the case is accepted and assigned. The client is seen by case handlers who will most likely be assigned due to type of matter, unless they are unavailable. Then the client is seen by the next best qualified and available case handler.
