In a partnership with Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, the Elder Law Clinic offers a unique opportunity to learn about medical and health law issues of older clients.

Waiting List
The Elder Law Clinic cannot accept all cases. The intake procedures and criteria for case selection change from time to time. We see the majority of those on our waiting list between September 1 and May 1. When the law students are out of school for the summer, we don’t see new clients. However, that’s a great time to apply.
