Who We Are

The Securities Arbitration Clinic at St. John’s University School of Law provides assistance to investors who are unable to obtain legal representation. Law students, under the supervision of faculty members, represent customers in handling their disputes against broker-dealers and/or their employees. Please note that the Securities Arbitration Clinic at St. John’s University School of Law only assists with problems involving securities such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ect. It does not assist with general consumer fraud matters.

Income Guidelines

Income eligibility is at the direction of the clinic. We look for individuals with limited assets (i.e. only major assets are car and home) and we try to give preference to seniors.
