Spokane County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Program

Who We Are

The Spokane County Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program (VLP) provides select legal services to low-income residents of Spokane County and outlying counties who may otherwise be denied adequate representation or access to the civil justice system, and to encourage local attorneys to fulfill their duty to provide pro bono services. Through the coordination of volunteer attorneys providing pro bono legal assistance and at times, direct representation, low-income individuals and families can be assisted with certain unmet civil legal needs in a clinic appointment or at court in certain areas of law.
