Description
This clinic is running every Tuesday and Thursday morning during the Housing Court first appearance calendar.
Clients can receive free legal advice from a volunteer attorney before heading into the courtroom. Volunteer Attorneys from SMRLS and Volunteer Lawyers Network are participating. Clients can also apply for Emergency Assistance at the clinic and meet with a mediator from the Dispute Resolution Center to reach a settlement in their case.
This clinic is only available to persons with an initial eviction hearing in Ramsey County the day of the clinic.
No appointment is necessary, once you have checked in for your hearing with the court, you may check in at the clinic.
