San Antonio Legal Services Association  (SALSA) provides free legal services to pre-qualified veterans who may not otherwise have access to the legal system.

Civil legal issues only.  Common legal issues at the Veterans Legal Advice Clinic include:

• Consumer issues, including contracts/warranties
• ID recovery
• Family law issues, including child support, adoption, name change, and paternity
• Property issues, including landlord/tenant, homeownership/real property, and public housing
• Public benefits
• Military discharge upgrades
