Who We Are
We are a not-for-profit organization created in response to the recent economic crisis. Currently, we are serving the Richmond County population through a foreclosure prevention program. Qualified individuals receive pro bono legal counseling which may include attending settlement conferences, negotiating with the banks, etc.

- Exceptions are made in situations of extreme hardships such as medical problems, loss of income, etc.
- Your family’s income should be at or below the following percentage of the federal poverty level

- Families are screened for financial eligibility and referred to our legal referral service if they are able to pay.
