Public Counsel Homelessness Prevention Law Project

Public Counsel’s Homelessness Prevention Law Project (HPLP) serves homeless families and individuals, including at-risk youth, who are homeless or at high risk of becoming chronically homeless. HPLP has provided pro bono representation in Court and before administrative agencies to over 20,000 vulnerable individuals and families, providing assistance in three primary areas: (1) public benefits, (2) housing and (3) tickets and warrants.
