Who We Are

Oklahoma Attorney Resources, Inc. is a private non-profit organization that provides low-cost legal representation for those who cannot afford to pay prevailing private attorney rates.

We accept family law cases (divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, adult and minor guardianship, and adoption, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcies on a payment plan with an affordable down payment.

Income Guidelines

low-income; ineligible for legal aid or pro bono assistance; insufficient household resources to pay for a lawyer

OAR’s initial fees cover all processing fees, retainer, paralegal fees, initial filing costs and process service

client must have a source of income to pay an initial fee and $70 per hour to the attorney; fees payable on a small monthly payment schedule.
