Who We Are
NAICA Legal Services Program serves approximately two thousand people every year who have been petitioned or are at risk of being evicted.
Our primary focus in the Bronx is geared towards providing legal eviction prevention services to families, individuals, working, receiving public assistance, or that meets eligibility and are at risk of losing their homes

- Eligibility Restrictions
- NAICA can submit a FEPS application and provide free legal representation to tenant’s who meet the below criteria:
Tenant must be a recipient of full Public Assistance benefits (Medicaid, Cash and Rent)
Tenant must have children 18 and/or younger on the Public Assistance Case
Tenant canot owe more than $7,000.00 in arrears
Tenant’s rent must be affordable (see FEPS guidelines below)
Tenant has not been approved for FEPS Relief Previously

- We usually do not see clients on Friday unless they are schedule for eviction on Monday (only emergencies).
We do see walk-ins and people with appointments.
