Who We Are
Montana Fair Housing provides technical assistance, advocacy and potential legal assistance to victims of housing discrimination -protected classes of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, familial status (having children in household under age of 18), disability, age, marital status and creed). MFH also provides education to housng providers and consumers about their fair housing rights and responsibilities under federal and state laws.

- Montana Fair Housing will work with anyone who believes they are being discriminated against based on state/federal fair housing laws. MFH also work with housing providers for technical assistance and education. MFH is restricted to “fair housing” work. MFH can’t help with Landlord Tenant issues, unless there is a protected class issue with it.
