Who We Are
The Moderate Means Program (MMP) is a statewide program designed to help moderate income individuals obtain legal services from private attorneys at reduced fees in the areas of family, housing, and consumer law.

- To be eligible, you must be facing a family, housing, or consumer law issue and your household income must fall between 200-400% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
