Who We Are

The Moderate Means Program (MMP) is a statewide program designed to help moderate income individuals obtain legal services from private attorneys at reduced fees in the areas of family, housing, and consumer law.

Income Guidelines
To be eligible, you must be facing a family, housing, or consumer law issue and your household income must fall between 200-400% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
