Mobilization for Justice, Inc. – Housing Project
Who We Are
The mission of Mobilization for Justice (formerly MFY Legal Services) is to achieve social justice, prioritizing the needs of people who are low-income, disenfranchised or have disabilities.
The Housing Project of Mobilization for Justice provides advice, counsel, brief services and full representation to low-income residents of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx who are threatened with loss of housing.
The Housing Project also provides assistance with public benefits issues when these issues are linked to preserving housing. The project supports local housing and tenant organizations by providing community legal education workshops.
