Mobilization for Justice, Inc. – Foreclosure Prevention Project

Who We Are

Mobilization for Justice, Inc. provides free legal assistance, from advice to full representation, on many civil legal issues. The Foreclosure Prevention Project provides advice, counsel and legal representation to low-income New Yorkers who are facing foreclosure, are victims of various foreclosure rescue scams, or are victims of abusive loan servicing practices. MFJ also provides representation to homeowners at settlement conferences. MFJ focuses its foreclosure practice on homeowners in Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.

How to Get Help

At this time we are offering remote services via an updated phone intake line, email, online intake portals, and social media. Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island homeowners, please call our intake line at  (212) 417-3777 for help, Tuesdays between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
