Who We Are
The Mental Health Association of Erie County’s Legal Services & Advocacy program supports individuals and families who are challenged by mental illness by providing free civil legal services for consumers living in Western New York.
Who We Serve
- Area(s): Cattaraugus County, Chautauqua County, Erie County, Genesee County, Niagara County, Orleans County, Wyoming County
- Circumstances and languages in which interpreters are provided
- Translation services are provided in most languages.
- Income Guidelines
- Erie County – No Income Eligibility Guidelines within Erie County
Outlying Counties – Income at or below 200% of federal poverty line.
