Who We Are

LACLJ secures justice for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and empowers them to create their own future. LACLJ provides free legal services to low income survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and primarily provides family law and immigration legal services. All services are free to survivors who qualify.

LACLJ’s family law services include advice, document preparation and court representation in custody cases and family law restraining order cases.  Immigration services available include advice, document preparation and representation in VAWA, and U Visa..
