LegalCORPS Inventor Assistance Program

The LegalCORPS Inventor Assistance Program allows inventors with good ideas to overcome at least one of the financial roadblocks to bringing a new innovation to market. We provide free legal representation to qualifying low-income inventors in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin who are seeking to patent their inventions with the USPTO.

Client must establish that his/her venture is at a stage in which legal assistance would be appropriate (for instance, that it is more than “an idea”).
