Who We Are

Legal Services NYC-Bronx, with three Bronx offices, provided legal services to the poor in diverse areas of civil practice.  We provide advice, brief services, clinics, phone hotlines and full representation in court and at hearings.  We provide legal services in the areas of disability, SSD/SSI, housing, public assistance, SNAP (food stamps), Medicaid, education, family law, domestic  violence,  health, consumer, employment/unemployment, bankruptcy, student loans and other civil litigation. We provide legal services in the areas of elder law, tax, foreclosure, veterans rights, immigration and to Hurricane Sandy victims.

At this time we are offering remote services. Call LSNYC’s Access Line at (917) 661-4500, Mon-Fri from 10am-4pm. Existing clients may call or email their advocates at their direct phone numbers.

En Español Servicios Legales Nueva York-Bronx, con tres oficinas en el Bronx, ofrece servicios jurídicos a los pobres en diversas áreas de la práctica civil. Income Guidelines

Our Foreclosure Unit serves Bronx homeowners of all income levels for advice and brief services. Homeowners with income levels above 450% of poverty level may not qualify for extended representation but each case is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
