Program Description

Law students practice under the supervision of law school faculty and provide legal representation to low-income clients in a variety of civil matters before courts and administrative agencies. Housing and tenant issues, unemployment, defense of contract claims, juvenile causes, guardianships and disputes concerning entitlement to public benefits.
