The Legal Aid Society of Hawaii is a public interest, non-profit law firm dedicated to achieving fairness and justice through legal services, advocacy, outreach, and education for those in need. Established in 1950, Legal Aid has 10 offices statewide and over 100 staff members dedicated to achieving Legal Aid’s vision of “Building a Just Society.

How to Get Help

You can contact this organization by phone Monday-Friday 9:00am – 11:30am and 1:00pm – 3:30pm.

HONOLULU ONLY – Walk-ins are accepted Monday-Friday 9:00am – 11:30am. Please arrive at 8:00am to secure an appointment with the intake staff. Walk-ins are taken on a first come first served basis.
