Who We Are
The Law Foundation, a non-profit agency, provides free legal services to Silicon Valley individuals in need. Our services are available through five programs:
Health Legal Services: Health Legal Services remains steadfast in its commitment to the rights of persons living with HIV/AIDS while expanding strategically to serve other populations in need.
Fair Housing Law Project: Through direct representation and individual counseling, FHLP provides free legal services to people who have experienced discrimination in acquiring or keeping housing in Santa Clara County.
Legal Advocates for Children & Youth: Through direct services and systemic advocacy LACY is able to hold systems accountable and promote social justice for children.
Mental Health Advocacy Project: MHAP is the only legal assistance organization in Santa Clara County that provides specialized services for people identified as having mental health or developmental disabilities.
Public Interest Law Firm: PILF focuses its efforts on behalf of elders, youth, individuals with disabilities, those who are frequent victims of illegal discrimination and those who are poor.
