Legal Aid Service of Northeastern Minnesota (LASNEM) provides free legal help to eligible clients. We help with housing issues such as:

Landlord/Tenant issues (evictions, repairs, lock-outs)
Contract for Deed
Mortgage Foreclosure Defense
Subsidized Housing
Housing Denials
