Who We Are
The Immigration Legal Services program aims to create access to immigration services that are needed for immigrants to transition into American life and become engaged members of society. Since 1989, the program has assisted over 4,000 immigrants to become engaged participants in American civic life. As the only BIA accredited Korean agency, and one of seven BIA accredited agencies in East Bay, the program provides low-cost, comprehensive legal immigration services API communities with special focus on the Korean community with limited English proficiency in the Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.
N-400 Eligibility intake / initial consultation: $0
Citizenship Application (N-400): $200
Green Card Renewal (I-90): $50
Individual Case Consultation / Application Review: $30
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Application: $0 for Oakland residents or for those with Oakland ties (i.e. former residents, employees, small business owners, parents, family, or friends)
Fee waiver application assistance: $0
(ALL services are free of charge, if the client receives public assistance, Medicaid/Medi-Cal, or USCIS fee waiver)
