Who We Are
Justice At Work supports low-wage workers as they pursue economic and social justice.by providing free legal representation on employment-related issues to eligible workers. It also provide community education on legal rights for migrant and immigrant workers throughout the Commonwealth.

- Eligibility Restrictions
- Workers from any industry are helped, but representation for migrant farmworkers, mushroom workers, and food processing workers who have employment-related claims or claims related to the client’s status as a farmworker are prioritized.
Workers are represented regardless of immigration status since the agency accepts no funding from the Legal Services Corporation (LSC).
Organizations whose members are eligible clients may also be offered representation if the organization does not otherwise have resources for representation.
