Inland Counties Legal Services – Rancho Cucamonga office

Inland Counties Legal Services pursues justice and equality for low income people  through counsel, advice, advocacy, and community education, treating all with dignity and respect.

Eligible clients are provided free legal assistance in case priority areas adopted by the ICLS Board of Directors. Primary law practice areas are: landlord-tenant, family law, public benefits, consumer, elder law, education and health.

Legal staff are available to make community legal education presentations to groups.

Housing hotline available at (951) 368 – 2570 or toll free at (888) 455-4257. Eviction and Unlawful Detainer legal clinic, Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to noon. Applicants can walk into the office for assistance or call for an appointment.
