Idaho Legal Aid Services provides a range of services in some, but not all, of the areas listed.

Idaho Legal Aid Services is limited in what types of cases that can be accepted based on program priorities, available staff and funding in each local office.

Apply for our services by phone Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, Mountain Time; 9:00 am to 2:30 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays) by dialing 208-746-7541. You may also apply online at any time. Offices are generally open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday but local variations occur based on staffing levels and holidays.
Deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired callers can contact us using 7-1-1 or a relay service of their choice. Idaho Legal Aid Services will provide interpreters for non-English speaking call
