Who We Are
The Self-Help Centers are staffed by volunteer attorneys and AmeriCorps Advocates. The attorney does not give legal advice but provides free legal information. The attorney and AmeriCorps Advocates may also help the center’s visitors understand the court process and the filing of court forms.
How to Get Help
You can walk into the center Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:45am – 12:45pm.
Who We Serve
- Area(s): Hawaii County, Hilo
- Cirumstances and languages in which interpreters are provided
- Free interpreter services for most languages are available. You should inform court staff if such help is needed.
