Who We Are
Gay Men’s Health Crisis’ Legal Services Department provides a continuum of practical and concrete HIV specific legal services that are critical to obtaining and maintaining access to food, housing, medical care and employment. All legal services are free and no legal fees apply.
Immigration services are available to anyone in New York City in need of them, regardless of medical status.

- All services are free for people on public assistance. A nominal fee may apply for others. Fee waivers are available.
