Our Mission

Crisis Center of the Plains works to reduce the effects of family violence and sexual assault by providing new beginnings for victims through support, advocacy and education

Services Provided

Services are FREE of charge and confidential and include the following:

• 24-hour crisis hotline & emergency shelter – (806) 293-7273
• Individual counseling and advocacy for ALL victims of domestic violence and sexual assault
• Emergency medical advocacy
• Safety Planning
• Support groups for women and children
• Legal advocacy
• Assistance with crime victim’s compensation 
• Protective order assistance
• Bi-lingual advocacy
• Food, clothing, transportation and individualized referrals
• Community Education & Violence Prevention Programs
• Volunteer opportunities and training
• Supervised visits
• Battering Intervention & Prevention Program (BIPP)
• Broadway Treasures re-sale store

closed 12:00-1:00pm for lunch
