For an appointment in our Concord office, please call 925-609-7900.
Intake Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

You can also use our Senior Self-Help Clinic in Martinez. At this clinic, attorneys can give you information about court procedures, provide court forms, and assist in filling them out. Staff cannot provide legal advice or represent clients. The clinic is located at the Spinetta Family Law Center in Martinez on the first Tuesday morning of the month. This clinic is by appointment only. For an appointment, call 925-609-7900.

Who We Are
Contra Costa Senior Legal Services provides free legal services to seniors aged 60 and over. Staff is available to assist with civil matters such as homelessness prevention, elder abuse (physical, emotional and financial), and preservation of resources. Contra Costa Senior Legal Services does not assist with criminal, tax, personal injury or probate matters.
Contra Costa Senior Legal Services can assist with:
– problems relating to housing, including those who face eviction
– victims of abuse to enforce their rights against their abusers.
– consumer protection
– public benefits
– advance health care directives
– durable power of attorney
– simple wills
CCSLS administers over 20 pro bono clinics across the County that provide short-term legal advice, simple wills, Advance Health Care Directives, and self-help support. Read more about the clinics here.
