Who We Are
Common Ground is a non-profit community-based dispute resolution center. Since 1987, we have provided the highest quality of services, specializing in mediation and conflict resolution.
How to Get Help
We are offering remote services. Please call 518-943-0523 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- Mediation involving parenting plans and other family conflict, civil/small claims and housing or landlord/tenant disputes, neighbor-neighbor disputes, conciliation, facilitation for groups and municipalities, restorative justice processes, conflict resolution workshops for adults and youth.
- Emergency Instructions
- Families or individuals in crises regarding a housing eviction or child-access, may contact the agency. If we determine the parties and situation are appropriate for our services, we will attempt to contact the other party and arrange for a conciliation or mediation between the parties.
