Eagle

Legal Advice Clinic—Free Monthly Drop-in Clinic
When: 1st Thursday of each month Time: 1:00-3:00 p.m., MUST sign-in from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Where: Two locations, one in-person, one virtual:
1) In-person clinic: Frisco Colorado Workforce Center, 602 Galena, Frisco, OR,
2) Virtual clinic: Eagle County Justice Center, 885 Chambers Ave., Eagle
Serves: Residents of Eagle, Clear Creek, Summit, and Lake Counties

Description: These clinics provide one-on-one legal assistance by volunteer attorneys for low-income community members who don’t have an attorney. Attorneys can answer legal questions, help with court forms, and explain the law and procedure for civil legal issues (not criminal or traffic). Clinics cover family law, landlord/tenant law, protections orders, and consumer/collections.

Senior “Ask a Lawyer” Day—general legal clinics, 60 and older
When: 4th Wednesday of EVERY THIRD month (March, June, Sept., Dec.)
Where: Maloit Park Senior Center, 1951 S. Highway 24, Minturn
Time: 11:30am to 12:30pm

Serves: Seniors (60 and older) from Eagle County
Description: General clinic for seniors (60+) that provides private legal session with an attorney to ask civil legal questions in areas such as divorce and custody, landlord/tenant, debts and consumer problems.

Record Sealing and Expungement Clinic
When: Available at any time.
Cost: Free, but must qualify as low-income.
What: Through this free clinic an attorney will review your criminal record to see if you qualify to seal or expunge your record. If eligible, the attorney will also help you complete your court forms so you can file your case.
Area Served: This clinic provides help to people with criminal records located in one or more of the following counties: Clear Creek, Delta, Eagle, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Lake, Moffat, Montrose, Ouray, Routt, San Miguel and Summit.

El Paso

Divorce Clinic
Date/Time: Third Tuesday of each month, 5:15 to 7:15 p.m.
Location: 705 S. Nevada Avenue (Police Station), Colorado Springs
Help in filing for divorce. Clients must call 719.471.0380 before the clinic, be screened for eligibility and conflicts and complete an intake form. Clinic conducted by Colorado Legal Services – Colorado Springs office.

Guardianship and Conservatorship Clinic (Appointment Required)
Date/Time: Call to confirm, second Tuesday of each month, 5:30 p.m.
Location: Colorado Legal Services 617 S Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs
Contact: 719-473-6212 to confirm date & time and to learn if you are eligible for this clinic and to make an appointment. To qualify you must fall within 200% of poverty guidelines or be 60+ years old.
Experienced attorneys will provide free legal information about filing for guardianship or conservatorships of adults and minors. After the information session, you may meet with an attorney, without charge, for one-on-one advice.

Post Decree Pro Se (Appointment Required)
Call to confirm (second Tuesday of each month), 5:30 p.m.

Contact: Call 719.473-6212 to make an appointment. Experienced attorneys are available to assist and answer questions for Pro Se (Self- represented) clients with Post Decree matters. Appointments are required at least one week in advance.

Pro Se Veterans Issues Clinic (Appointment Required)
