What: Through this free clinic an attorney will review your criminal record to see if you qualify to seal or expunge your record. If eligible, the attorney will also help you complete your court forms so you can file your case.Area Served: This clinic provides help to people with criminal records located in one or more of the following counties: Clear Creek, Delta, Eagle, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Lake, Moffat, Montrose, Ouray, Routt, San Miguel and Summit.

When: Last Tuesday each month, drop-in from 4-5pm, by appointment from 5-7pm.

Description: Free, monthly clinic for low-income community members that provides one-on-one videoconferencing with an attorney to receive advice on new or old family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, relocation, and modifying old orders. The attorney can answer legal questions, assist in completing court forms and help explain the law. Community members can drop-in to the clinic from 4-5pm (first-come, first-served), or apply ahead of time and get a longer appointment between 5:00-7:00 p.m.
