We provide free advice and representation to eligible clients with some Government Benefits cases. Case types include:
- Unemployment Compensation
 - Child Care Assistance
 - Emergency Assistance
 - Family Stabilization Services
 - Food Stamps
 - General Assistance
 - Medical Assistance
 - MN Supplemental Aid
 - MFIP
 - Social Security issues

For Hennepin County residents, contact Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid at (612) 334-5970, Monday through Friday 9:30-11:30am and 1:30-3:30pm.
For Anoka County residents, call 612-332-8151, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Both Hennepin and Anoka residents can apply online at https://www.lawhelpmn.org/lawhelpmn-guide. Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid does intake for online applications.
