Who We Are
Access to Justice gives free legal services to Chester County residents whose income is too high to qualify for Legal Aid. If you qualify, you will be referred to a local attorney for help.
Cases they accept include:
- Simple Wills
- Power of Attorney
- Living Wills
- Bankruptcy
- Landlord-Tenant
- Elder Law
- Custody and Visitation
- No Asset Divorce
- Small Estates
- Miscellaneous cases at the discretion of the program.
