Who We Are

The Center for Family Representation (CFR) provides 3000 parents annually with high quality legal representation, social work services and parent mentoring to parents charged in family court by the Administration for Children’s Services and recently began representing young people charged in criminal matters in family court; we also provide adult clients with collateral representation in civil legal services, immigration and adult criminal matters. Our model protects the rights of families, saves taxpayers millions in foster care costs and has made CFR a leading national expert in family defense and child welfare.

How to Get Help

At this time we are offering remote services limited to parent representation in Family Court; parent support during ACS investigations; SCR support; and juvenile defense in Family and Criminal Court.
