Who We Are
To promote maximum well-being, independence and dignity for persons 60 years of age and older, the Office for the Aging works with all of the service agencies in the community and individual elders to connect the services available with those who need them. Occasions arise when legal advice is essential. If you do not have your own lawyer and/or you cannot afford a private attorney, you may be eligible for service on a donation basis. The Office for the Aging provides limited legal services to people 60 and over through a contract with a local attorney.
