Catholic Social Services of Fall River

Catholic Social Services of Fall River gives social services to people of all faiths living in Southeastern Massachusetts  (including the counties of Bristol, Barnstable, Nantucket, and Dukes (Martha’s Vineyard), as well as the towns of Mattapoisett, Marion, and Wareham).

We provide free and low-cost legal services for low-income refugees and immigrants. Types of cases we specialize in include applications for permanent residency (green cards) through family members, political asylum, Temporary Protected Status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA or Dreamers), defense from deportation, statuses for victims of crime, human trafficking, or domestic abuse, citizenship and naturalization, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for children who were abused or neglected by one or both of their parents.
