Tuesday: (walk-in) Registration begins at 8 a.m. – English, Spanish
Wednesday: (walk-in) Registration begins at 8 a.m. – English, Spanish
Thursday: (walk-in) Registration begins at 8 a.m. – English, Spanish
Note: All consultations are on a first-come, first-served basis. All walk-in consultations are $50.00 cash or credit card. Consultation fees are non-refundable. We do not guarantee we will take your case.
We serve only low-income clients. In order to verify that you meet our income guidelines, you must bring:
Your tax return from last year (Form 1040)
Proof of current income (for example, a recent pay stub, a letter from your employer or a Notice of Action from the County if you are receiving public benefits).

The Immigration and Legal Services (ILS) of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County was established in 1976 in response to the growing number of immigrants moving to the Bay Area. Program staff are committed to helping individuals understand the immigration law and to know their rights under the law. The program provides a broad range of immigration counseling and representation to immigrants and their families.
Our agency is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals and our staff members are accredited to provide a broad range of immigration counseling and representation to immigrants and their families.
