The Immigration Legal Assistance Program at Ascentria Care Alliance provides free and low-cost legal services to immigrants in New England. We offer legal advice and representation to complete immigration applications and petitions.
We provide legal representation to:
- Asylum seekers
- Victims of violent crime
- Victims of sexual violence
- Victims of domestic violence
- Victims of human trafficking
- Unaccompanied minors
Ascentria also helps to complete immigration applications and petitions, including citizenship applications, family-based petitions, and green card applications.
