Description

We give free legal representation and advice to people living with HIV and AIDS, and survivors of domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault in a range of civil matters, including housing, basic estate planning, discrimination, employment, and family law.

We give information and help in applying for income benefits including private disability insurance, Social Security, EAEDC and health coverage through public or private programs.

We give information and help in dealing with consumer debt issues.

We do not represent clients or give advice in criminal matters, but may be able to give referrals to organizations that do.
