The Kinship Care Solutions Project provides free legal representation through volunteer attorneys in Non-Parent Custody (also known as third party custody) cases for the petitioner in eligible cases in King County.

Eligibility Restrictions: The program represents the petitioner, not parents. The program does not accept cases where a child has been removed from the caregiver by CPS or cases where there is an open dependency unless all parties agree.
