Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN)

Who We Are

The project is aimed at increasing the involvement of members of lawyers in immigration matters by pairing pro bono attorneys with applicants for political asylum.

The Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network provides direct legal representation and pro bono referrals to individuals seeking asylum, T-Visa, U-Visa, or VAWA relief by matching their cases with volunteer attorneys in the metro-Atlanta community.

GAIN acknowledges the need to advocate on behalf of these individuals and to empower them to lead self-sustaining lives by providing them quality legal representation.
