Services Provided
We provide free immigration services to immigrant survivors of abuse living in rural and underserved areas of Texas. Abuse does not have to be physical; it could also be psychological, sexual or economic.
We carefully review every intake. If we determine that you are eligible for our services, we will work with you to prepare and submit your case to immigration. In order to make a determination regarding your case, it will be necessary for you to provide information regarding yourself, your children and the person who abused you, information regarding your immigration and criminal history, and detailed information regarding the abuse that you suffered. Depending on your case, you may be eligible for protection from deportation, to apply for a work permit, and eligibility for further benefits.
