Who We Are
Fresno Health Consumer Center provides advocacy services for consumers having issues with their medical insurance whether it be through Covered California or Medi-Cal.  We can answer questions or represent consumers directly in dealing with their insurance plans, with the Department of Managed Care, Department of Health Care Services, Department of Social Services, or Covered California.  We do not charge for our services.
